General Reservation Terms and Conditions

We kindly request punctuality. We understand that Vejer is a very popular town, and access, parking, and getting to our premises can be affected by the large influx of people and vehicles. Therefore, we recommend allowing at least 50 minutes to reach the restaurant in the afternoon.

The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. After this time, your table may be offered to other guests.

Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email. You can cancel your reservation directly from this email if you wish.

Cancellation Policy (High Season)

During the booking process in high season, the system will ask for your credit card details. No initial charge will be made. However, if you do not notify us of your cancellation at least 2 hours in advance, a charge of €10 per diner will apply. This allows us to better manage our tables and offer your spot to other guests.

Information Regarding Children

We do not offer a children’s menu nor do we have a space adapted for young children (due to limited space, stairs, and lack of stroller accessibility).

Group Reservations

We are a small restaurant and therefore do not have space to accommodate large groups. For tables of more than 6 diners, it is necessary to submit a group request, which we will evaluate based on availability. You can do this via the corresponding button on our website’s booking engine.

Pets

Well-behaved pets are welcome, provided they remain under your table.

Conditions in Case of Adverse Weather

Reservations made for the terrace may be accommodated elsewhere in case of bad weather, although this is subject to indoor space availability. If an alternative is not possible, we will contact you in advance.

Likewise, you certify that all the data you provide us is true, accurate, and relevant for the purpose for which we request it. At any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability, and oblivion provided for in the law in accordance with the legally established procedure, by means of a signed written communication accompanied by a photocopy of your ID addressed to the restaurant’s address, or by email to the restaurant’s email address. We consider that if you do not expressly cancel your personal data from our database, you remain interested in continuing to be included in it until the restaurant considers it appropriate.
