RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HOUSE RULES:
Due to the age of the building and the limited space available where Taberna de la Judería is located, and with the intention of making your experience as satisfactory as possible, we have established our reservation policy and a series of rules to make our space compatible with the provision of good service.
For your safety, and because our restaurant is located on the upper floor with open stairs, the attendance of children under 10 years of age is not recommended. We also do not have space for1 strollers.
GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
All reservations are made through this website. Confirmation of a reservation implies acceptance of our general conditions, which include the cancellation and no-show policy (not showing up without prior notice of at least 2 hours) contemplated in our reservation process. For the confirmation of your reservation, your bank card details are required as a guarantee. In case of not showing up at the reserved time or not having2 cancelled at least 2 hours in advance, the penalty will be €10 per person, which will be charged to the credit card you provided when making the reservation and accepting the cancellation policy. This measure is used as a deterrent, but if you notify3 us with sufficient time, no charge will be made, and we will greatly appreciate it.
We do not take reservations by phone.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the reservation is made through the web engine, you will receive an email confirming its validity with all the corresponding information.
If you wish4 to modify the reservation date or the number of diners, your request will be5 attended to as long as it is made with a minimum of one hour’s notice before the agreed time, and if there are places available. You can carry out the procedure by calling the restaurant’s telephone number.
We inform you that days before the reserved date and time, you will receive an email and SMS where you must reconfirm or cancel the reservation6 using the links provided for this purpose, if7 any.
Only once you have reconfirmed the reservation from the email or SMS will your reservation be fully confirmed.
If you prefer, you can8 carry out the confirmation by calling the restaurant’s9 telephone number before the reservation date.
In the event that the diners do not show up, there is no notification on their part, or they do not cancel with a minimum of hours’ notice before the reserved time, the corresponding amount per person will be charged, in case the reservation has an associated cancellation policy.
Therefore, at the time of making the reservation, and in order to guarantee it, credit card details will be requested.10
GROUP BOOKINGS:
For groups of more than 6 people, please contact us at [dirección de correo electrónico eliminada], and your request will be attended to within 48 hours.
SPACES
The selector in the form will only show real-time availability, both for times and spaces. If the times do not appear, it means that slot or time frame is occupied.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
In case of adverse weather conditions, reservations made on the terrace may be accommodated but are subject to possible cancellation due to lack of space inside, always with prior communication.

Marking the corresponding Check-Boxes in the booking engine constitutes express consent to the processing of personal data. In order to safeguard the security of your personal data, the technical and organizational security measures required14 by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, will be applied. The data we request from you is adequate, relevant, and strictly necessary for the purpose for which it is collected: to manage your reservation and send you commercial information about our products and services. Likewise, you certify that all the data you provide us is true, accurate, and relevant for the purpose for which we request it. At any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, portability, and oblivion provided for in the law in accordance with the legally established procedure, by means of a signed written communication accompanied by a photocopy of your ID addressed to the restaurant’s address, or by email to the restaurant’s email address. We consider that if you do not expressly cancel your personal data from our database, you remain interested in continuing to be included in it until the restaurant considers it appropriate.
