MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel or modify (according to availability) the reservation through the following e-mail booking@casaslajuderiadevejer.com. You need to take into account the particular conditions indicated below:
Reservations for stays from July 1 to September 15:
100% advance payment required. After completing the reservation you will receive an email and a text message with a link to process the payment online. We kindly inform you that the payment needs to be done within 48 hours after receiving it as the link expires passed this time and consequently, the reservation will be cancelled.
Full refund if canceled at least 14 days from arrival date.
50% refund when cancellation is made between 8 and 13 days before arrival.
Cancellations made during the 7 days prior to arrival ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Reservations for stays in the rest of the season:
100% advance payment required. After completing the reservation you will receive an email and a text message with a link to process the payment online. We kindly inform you that the payment needs to be done within 48 hours after receiving it as the link expires passed this time and consequently, the reservation will be cancelled.
Full refund if canceled at least 8 days from arrival date.
50% refund when cancellation is made within 7 to 4 days to arrival.
Cancellations made during the 3 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
In case of special offers and packages, reimbursement in case of cancellation or modification are not contemplated.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RESERVATIONS
The final price includes all mandatory taxes and surcharges for the apartment service as well as VAT applicable to the tourism sector in the countries of the European Community.
The price does not include extra services not specified in this booking voucher (such as: cot, parking, etc.)
Guaranteed reservations until 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
We reserve the right NOT to accept certain payments with certain credit cards.
No refunds will be made for early departures.
In case of no-show, a charge will be made that covers the entire stay.
COMPANY PET POLICY
Dogs under 7 kilos are accepted in Casa De La Plaza and Apartmento La Plaza as well as in Albariza Guesthouse, with an extra supplement of € 25 per Booking. They must bring a valid vaccination card and respect the rules of the accommodation. Under no circumstances may they relieve themselves in the facilities or make noise as one of these two events can be the reason for canceling the reservation without the right to reimbursement.
PRIVACY POLICY
La Judería de Vejer then informs of its privacy policy applied to personal data.
