What is a cookie
A cookie is a small data file that a website may store in your browser when you visit it. Cookies are used, among other things, to remember preferences, enable embedded services to function or measure site usage.
This policy is issued in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and follows the guidance issued by the Spanish Data Protection Agency on the use of cookies.
Cookies used by this website
The website https://www.lajuderiadevejer.com uses traffic analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4, see dedicated section below) and loads third-party embedded content that may set cookies in your browser. We do not use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or other advertising or tracking systems.
The third parties whose embedded content is loaded on this site are responsible for the data they collect through their own cookies:

- Consent Mode v2: until you accept cookies, Google Analytics does not install any cookie on your browser and only sends aggregated, anonymous pings without identifiers, under Google’s consent mode v2.
- International transfer: data may be processed by Google LLC in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023).
- Individual opt-out: you can disable measurement by installing the official add-on available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Legal basis and consent management
The legal basis for the installation of non-essential cookies (those that Google Maps, Matterport or CoverManager may set when their embedded content is displayed) is your consent, in accordance with Article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE and the 2023 guidance of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
To honour this requirement, the website operates as follows:
- On your first visit, no third-party embedded content is loaded until you make a decision about cookies.
- A cookie banner is displayed with two options:
- Accept and continue: third-party embedded content (Google Maps, Matterport and the CoverManager booking widget) is loaded across the site for your session.
- Only essential: embedded content remains blocked. The rest of the website remains fully functional; each embedded block shows a notice with a dedicated “Accept and load” button that lets you enable that specific content on demand.
- Your decision is stored locally in your browser (in
localStorage, keyconsent-v1) and is remembered between pages and subsequent visits. No first-party cookies are used for this purpose. - You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer, or by clearing the site’s storage in your browser.
How to manage or disable cookies

Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the embedded content on the website changes or applicable legislation evolves. We recommend checking it from time to time.
