Terms and Conditions of the “Manzanilla Hospedería Relaunch” Giveaway

1. Organizer

This giveaway is organized by Manzanilla Hospedería Boutique, located in Vejer de la Frontera. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered, or associated in any way with Instagram.

2. Prize

The winner will receive:

  • Two (2) nights of accommodation for two people at Manzanilla Hospedería.
  • One (1) dinner for two at our Tavern.

The prize is personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be enjoyed between December 1, 2025 and June 1, 2026, excluding holidays and special events such as, for example, the Night of the Candles.

3. Participation Requirements

To enter the giveaway, participants must:

  • Follow the official account: @manzanilla.vejer
  • Comment on the post indicating who they would come with.
  • Share the giveaway post in their stories (public profile or by sending a screenshot via direct message if the account is private).

Participants must be 18 years or older, residents or non-residents of Spain. Accounts suspected of being fake, dedicated to giveaways, or created exclusively to participate are not allowed.

4. Giveaway Duration

The giveaway starts on the date of publication and ends on December 7, 2026 at 11:59 PM. The winner will be announced on December 8 via a post or story on the @manzanilla.vejer account after verifying that all requirements have been met.

5. Winner Selection

The winner will be randomly selected using a random selection tool among participants who meet all the conditions.

Manzanilla Hospedería will contact the winner via direct message. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.

6. Liability

Manzanilla Hospedería is not responsible for:

  • Technical or connection failures that prevent participation.
  • Incomplete entries or those that do not meet the conditions.
  • Problems arising from the use of the prize.

Instagram is released from all liability arising from this giveaway.

7. Data Protection

Personal data provided by participants will be used exclusively for the management of the giveaway and contacting the winner. They will not be shared with third parties or used for commercial purposes.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in this giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms. Manzanilla Hospedería reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway in case of force majeure.
