General Booking Terms and Conditions
We ask for punctuality. We understand that Vejer is a highly visited town, and access, parking, and travel to our premises may be affected by the large influx of people and vehicles. Therefore, we recommend allowing at least 50 minutes to arrive at the restaurant in the evening.
The maximum waiting time is 15 minutes. After this time, the table may be offered to other customers.
Booking Confirmation
The booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the confirmation email. You can cancel your booking from that same email if you wish.
Cancellation Policy (High Season)
During the booking process in high season, the system will request a bank card number. No initial charge will be made. However, if you do not notify us of the cancellation at least 2 hours in advance, €10 per diner will be charged. This allows us to better manage tables and offer your space to other customers.
Information Regarding Children
We do not have a children’s menu nor do we have space adapted for little ones (due to limited space, stairs, and lack of accessibility for strollers).
Group Bookings
We are a small restaurant and, therefore, do not have space to accommodate large groups. For tables of more than 6 diners, it is necessary to make a group request, which we will assess based on availability. You can do this through the corresponding button on our booking engine on the website.
Pets
Well-behaved pets are allowed provided they stay under your table.
Conditions in Case of Adverse Weather
Bookings made on the terrace may be accommodated elsewhere in case of bad weather, although this is subject to space availability inside. If not possible, we will contact you in advance.
